Old models taxis available only and in bad condition but fares too hogh

Horrible service. I should say no service at all. Called them up today morning. They have only given their landline no. Phone was picked up and the person informed the cab will reach in 10 mins. The cab never reached and the person kept the phone engaged. Is this the way to treat the customer when he has to reach somewhere in emergency?W ould not recommend it to anyone.
