I have used Ugna car service last night from Darbhanga Airport to Khutauna Barail and it was a great experience. The overall cleanliness is great and the driver is also very helpful . I have used other car service as well but the experience i got from Ugna cars is just amazing. So thanks to the whole team for coordinating with me and for providing the amazing service.

This ugna cab is worst in Bihar never trust anyone in this management. They all are illiterate because they doesn't have any manner to talk to the client. Whenever you book the cab please make sure that only driver is there or not because they send their friends along with driver. Never ever trust this ugna cab.

Excellent service, honest staffs and trained driver of ugna cab made my travel easy from darbhanga airport to saharsa. Office staffs are easily approachable and helpful especially shruti helped me throughout my journey. Recommended ugna cab 100% from my side for mithillanchal travellers👍

Good services, a bit expensive than Ola, but Ola doesn't even show up on booking outstation rides. Ugna are professionals and they get their drivers available on time. Cabs are usual personal cars who have contact with ugna centrals, and they send all the confirmation on time. Also they will not give any discount on any said prices. But overall I'll say it's good alternative to Ola Uber in Bihar, where Ola and Uber don't even service I would say

Driver was allocated one day before the ride. On the day of ride, driver kept saying he's coming. But he flipped at the last moment saying his car broke down. How can one trust these people. My flight might have been missed because of this

On the day of ride, driver kept saying he'll come. However he never showed up. We had to book a local taxi at the last moment else we would have missed the flight.
