Good service. Few points where it can improve upon is as under:-
1. Start point should be within 5 to 6 km around city Center. However they add additional km while picking up.
2. For airport they should try and pool the service unless single user is specified by user

Excellent service. Neat and clean car, professional and polite driver, on time pick up. Little higher on rate part. I would have given 5 star if the rate was little low.

Gud driving.. very humble and well behaved driver ..but owners behaviour is not good and unprofessional, not cooperative at all. These people dont keep the charges and time slot clear beforehand, later on apply waiting charges. Not good for pickup from railway stations or airport. They will argue even if the train is 15 min late. No humanity at all. They are spoiling their name by this attitude. Why will anyone refer this cab to anyone else

I took cab service for Gulabbagh to IXB airport up & down.
* Cab was on time.
* Cab driver was professional( Still room for improvement)
* Charges are genuine.
Overall quality service in tier-3 city that meets metro city standards.

One of the worst car booking experience I have had in my life. The support people are very stubborn, they charge for unnecessary things. Horrible experience.
