Cheated by increasing odometer reading to increase the distance travelled.
My parents and their friends (all senior citizens) hired a cab from Mr. Rajdeep for their Assam Meghalay trip, eveything was excellent in trip including Innova and its driver but they have some system to increase odometer reading.
My father noticed it on 3rd day of tour and started to keep tracking of actual distance and odometer reading and to his shock he found that odometer reading is way more than actual distance.
For eg. From Shillong to Meghalaya, google maps shows distance as 99 km, it can be 10 KMs more or less depending on your precise origin and end point but odometer of taxi was showing 160 KM.
When my parents complaint same to Mr. Rajdeep, he refused to interfere in this and asked my parents to talk to driver directly.
As it was not our region and they didn't had any support and time to lodge a complaint they had to pay him as per the odometer reading(which generally happen to all tourist).
As per my father he overall increased odometer reading by more than 20-25%. Which is clear cut cheating and loot.
I just have one question that when you are already charging 16 rs per km for innova where as non tourist places charges are around 10-11 rs per km than why such cheating.
Please be fair so people carry good memories and advice more people to travel your region and use your services.

Horrible experience..the driver named Jogesh Nath does not know any of the sightseeing places in Shillong and cherrapunjee..we had too Google and made him drive us to those places..this was not the least..after we returned that driver sent me messages in facebook messenger writing that I am most "kanjoos person" and do I know that..how ridiculous..he even said that if he wanted he can made us miss ur flight also from guwahati..I would suggest don't book cabs from this agency..

Extremely uncouth behaviour! They threaten and harass customers if payments get delayed by some time... Extremely foul language, their people don't even know how to talk to women! Even after payment gets cleared they don't end with the abusing... Traumatic experience!

Worse kind of experience. Took car for 6 days and they provided very old car which almost ran 2lac km. The ac in the car was not working properly. Finally car broke down in the middle of no where. I have to hire another car to reach nearest destination with ladies and kids. I will not recommend.

Now its been more than 30 days I haven’t received the receipt from these guys. I have followed up for the receipt almost every day till today but these guys were on the verge of testing my patience. Also on the last day of the trip I was been promised by Mr. Debashish and Mr. Rajdeep that I’ll be receiving the receipt before i land Mumbai. As i said its been a month and even I have overcome the jet lag also but still I assume the network service is so low in Guwahati that their mail is still stuck in their outbox. I have suffered a great humiliation in my office because of such poor management. Infact I received a mail saying that these are their ‘business ethics.’

VERY bad Taxi Service is in Guwahati n they take rs 5 in waiting charge n they are taking Higher rate 22 to 28 rs per km
