Hyatt Regency Mumbai - Outdoor Pool (Temporarily Closed)

Nice place but not as grand with Hyatt's brand. Basic amenities...most of d time restaurant was closed for pvt. parties so was lost!! Housekeeping staff was v helpful n co-operative.. attendants n d glasshouse need to b upskilled and taught b more transparent abt details n hidden costs at d restaurant if we hav outsiders visiting guests at d hotel... salads wer recycled...all d 5 days dat we stayed....

Hyatt Regency hotel airport opposite terminal 2 of international side old property spacious rooms with all amenities including spa swimming pool 3 different restaurants and a bakery shop prices are like 5 star properties
Food is ok not great people should choose if they have counted on traffic else santacruz Hyatt is preferred
Valet parking is available lobby is small and little crowded with guests

I have always liked this hotel. Rooms are spacious and really nice. Today I visited only for a business meeting and couldn't wait till you finish your lengthy check in line. Maybe you guys need more staff at reception

Excellent ambience, service and food. Went for a marriage function. Staff is courteous and professional with personalized care. Remember one waiter particularly, Atharva, for his attentive and helpful behaviour.

The our door pool of hyatt is among best sports in the hotel to spend time. However, the pool was not operational when I visited for a meeting, due to COVID pandemic, though, government has agreed to open swimming pools and spas for all. Eagerly waiting for wet area and pool to open at Hyatt
