i ordered online 5 days before. no shipping update or anything. i called them to know the order status. they picked the first call and then asked me to call back. they marked my number and never received yet. my order is a prepaid one. so now my money is gone. total fraud. they take advantage of covid situations and accepting prepaid orders and never delivering them. such jerks they are.

I ordered twice on their website. The first time they delivered 250g ham instead of 1kg. After repeated calls they reimbursed after 5 days. The second time they didnt deliver the complete order and once I called them said they had put money in the packet which they hadn't!!!! Completely unprofessional and a bad idea to order online. I think best to pick up from their store

Paytm payment done in full and product not delivered due to no stock. still refund not given inspite of numerous msgs and calls.. highly unprofessional and disorganised company with no value to customer service.
