This is a good shop with variety of stocks of various items groceries, fruits, vegetables, electronics, dress materials, stationary and beauty products. Only problem in the 1st floor the accelator not working properly when you come down and lift were too small to fit for more than 2 people.

Plenty of things u can find here of daily life .. grocery, apparels, veggies,sweets, confectionery everything under 1 roof ..

Pathetic service... So I went there today after my shift to buy men's deo... Unfortunately there were more than 3 billing counters among them a counter where less than 10 items , there were no assistance .. I was told to wait at the long queue to get my things billed ... I decided to keep my things to the destined shelves and move out... I would like to submit a grievance regarding the management of Spencers. Though u aree considered as one of the major supermarket outlets... Yet with no proper Work force management.

Spencer's has now become wide and popular. Reviews of this place don't matter anymore. But for people from abroad, this is like your one stop market place for literally all your needs! Legit everything. Yes, Supermarket.

purchased several house hold utility items on 9th December. I was promised by my Sales executive at Spencer, Gariahat, that the request for installation of the newly purchased Geaser has a been generated with the manufacturer and the job would be completed by 11th Dec'22. I have not heard from anyone after that.

Wide range of products, but do you really need sales staff on every aisle trying to ply their wares?? It becomes wearisome! Shoppers know what they want & don't want be pestered on every aisle.

Extremely poor experience at Gariahat Spencer today (4th Jan. 23),, where i had been billed worth Rs.999/- for an additional item which i had not purchased. Gross negligence by the Lady at the Billing Counter.

I want to have the contact no of the Store Manager to lodge my complaint & want refund of the excess money charged to me.
