You'll have almost everything you need. Product quality is also good but a bit congested. Particularly this place is one stop for daily food items (raw) but price is extremely high for most of the items you'll find here. Importantly no customer burgains here! That's why sellers put whatever rate the want. Buy things from here only if and only if you are left with no other choice.

You can get access to variety of goods .And the prices are reasonable , actually you get anything and everything .There are groceries, pharmacies, hardwares, and various other shops. 8 to 11 am is the peak time for customers.. usually the place remains crowded at that time.

Many options to buy things as far as number of stores are concerned. I little bit pricy compared to other local markets in the vicinity such as the market beside Jadavpur railway station or santoshpur & baghajatin. Don't expect to find uncommon ingredients used for continental or vegan dishes though. Cleanliness is a major issue in this place. Very messy and stinky (all local markets are for that matter 😋).

Amazing Jadavpur Supermarket. Plethora of green leafy vegetables. The young man who sells them also very kind, jovial and with good sense of humour. He often does charity or provides discount to poor people.
