3 stars only cause every time I've been there only 2 billing counters are operational. I usually go around 12pm but by 1:30 pm only long queus at 2 counters are seen. Maybe shift in charge can add 2 more billing counters for 1st half business day. Rest all is good. No issue whatsoever

Because of festival products are available. Otherwise we return. Also billing counters must increase to 3-4

Very bad experience at Spencer's Lucknow. Twice it happened with me that I bought some eatables and they were not in edible condition. On requesting for refund, they refused citing the reason that the bill was missing. Although, I had the online transaction details, still my request was declined.

I always preferred to puchase every household items from Spencer's.....on reasonable price ..... here's available fresh vegetables....bakery products fresh.....Raw Chicken Mutton n Fish also available here........

Best place to buy food items different brands, you can buy clothes , electronics, kitchenware, vegetables ,fruits, veg, non-veg, cookware, household all items at reasonable price.

Class one service. I always try to purchase daily need items from this store from any where in my reach thee lko or Varanasi.

Big store with all the necessary household items. However vegetables were not fresh when I visited the store and at many places where the goods were kept it was not matching with the labels beneath them which was causing a lot of problem. And at some places the labels were not available at all resulting in seeking the staff everytime to know about the price of the product.
