S Mart shop

Good place for buying general groceries for daily requirements, but the shop is very congested and not properly organised. Ventilation is not proper and the fans do not relieve the heat inside the store in the hot season. However the prices are reasonable and the billing is quick. Store timings are from 8 am to 8 pm.

Very worsted I haven't seen a shop in this way to maintained people of the shop are very rude and they don't now how to treat costumer if we ask for a product which we can't found in row they say this row if we ask again they will shoot on you, Can't you see..
My feelings us to stay away from this shop.

I have been visiting this Mart for veggies. They sell fresh vegetables for reasonable rates and you can bargain too. They also have fruits shop just apposite to this Mart. The vendor is kind enough and suggests as per the dish

Never ever go there got provisions but the girl who is near billing she didn't add my soaps and I went next day to ask because it cost 120 for both soaps but they told I took only one soap .but im telling them took two soaps and they will not give bill so i dont have proof to show them they argue with me for long and I came back and I lost my 120 rupees aai only buy for 430 in that 120 was loss to me .
Never ever go here and a working guy behaved rude while i went to ask .
The billing girl is not present minded always absent minded because on same day she forget to give me my chocolates after billing she called me again gave and its second time which soaps she forget .

I wouldn't have left this review if I could speak to the owner directly whose number used to be on the Google page. But now I see there is none.

I have been shopping in this store since it was opened back in 2015-16. I have always had a good experience shopping here when the store was run and managed by the owners who I have always found to be helpful and jovial.

Today (12/11/2022) I walked into the store looking for an Item. Two women were at the counter who then pointed me to an aisle in the dark corner of the store when asked about the item. I walked around and couldn't find it. I called out to the lady at least 3 times which neither of them heard because they were engrossed in a TV serial playing there. I again called them a bit louder "Hello" and suddenly the lady is offended.
she started screaming about how its not the way to call them "Hello", ignoring the fact that I already tried to call them multiple times. She was then arrogant enough to ask me to leave the store.

I will not be stepping into that wretched store anymore. Good job shooing away a long time customer. These employees will drive the store to the ground with their arrogance.

Extremely ill maintained and poorly trained staff.
Only time to visit here is when absolutely starving of any food products. The new partnership they did with a veggie vendor is horrendous. Sample pics of green "colored" peas are provided.

There are two S-mart stores in this area. Inside both the places smell bad, dusty and most of the items sometimes are near to expiry. No proper Maintenance, no cleanliness and not customer friendly. Though they have been operating for many years, other new super markets in this area maintain better than this. Sorry to say but Honestly my last option to buy something here. One word to the owners-Take the place maintenance seriously guys!

Very poor... called the shop several times for water delivery but they keep on giving excuses plus saying that they will deliver the water but it's been three days still the water was not delivered. Such a very bad experience... don't even deserve 1star👎
