A well organised store.

The store staff is very helpful, occasionally when things go wrong, like purchased product is found damaged the organize replacement.

I purchased ground nuts packs which later in 2 days was observed to contain fungus. I brought it back to the store. They traced the bill through my mobile number replaced the packet of ground nuts with new one.

Service appreciated.

One Stop for all the monthly needs for a family. Multiple unique products also available. Always has multiple offers. Parking easily available. Well staffed and quick billing

It is an ok kind of store if you want to take immediate groceries. Not a well-planned one and billing takes a lot of time in all interactions. Not for price-conscious customers. However, you do get offers and can purchase some of the premium brands too.

Be careful at Ratnadeep, there are times of excess billing.

Supporting weight only items but They weighing with cover which some times few grams.

If you're not much care about getting more discount and don't want to travel to DMart or Reliance smart then this is the right place for you.
Here you can find many of the grocery items packaged with Ratnadeep's own brand.
Along with grocery, snacks and some stationary items, you can find vegetables, fruits, milk and paneer items on a fresh and daily basis.
Coming to discount point, you can find minimal discount only on some product, also you can find 'Deal of the day' offer on limited product.

Visited many ratnadeep stores, this place is very small compared to the brands presence elsewhere, little above basic stuff is available here

Good place but always crowded. They need to spend more billing lines
