Worest service. We have to wait half hour time for billing even we took 2 items also. No proper coordination between employees and manager. Some time they will bill yesterday mrp price even they changed today price also they will not update their in the system. Daily customers are shouting in the bill counters due to they are maintaing 2 billing counters...

Maiden store from future retail or any renowned retailer brand in the vicinity offering a wide range of fresh fruits,vegetables,staples,personal care,home care,general merchandise.It also offers an irresistible combination of quality and value.Heritage aims to be the shopping destination of choice for families,but price is bit higher compared to D-mart,Reliance which doesn't have any store in this area makes Heritage a unanimous choice.

1. High pricing on day to day food commodities

2. No free carry bag even if u purchase above RS.2000

3. No home delivery even after making purchase of above RS 2000

4. No good maintenance of staff

5.only two counters for payment

No much produces available
No many brands available
No use of membership same only 10% off for members where as other are giving with out membership
No fresh vegetables
2 star for neatness & workers interaction

Newly set up place, We'll arranged but not well equipped. Need to stock up. Provided that is well maintained, it has the potential to beat the rest of the supermarkets in the city.

Need more space for parking and some items are outdated.

When you buy any chilled item, they don’t even care if it spoils in the next minute. Customer service is very bad. Staff pretends to be busy..even after customers are awaiting at bill section. Worst Staff and don’t buy frozen things in Heritage Fresh Jagtial branch..

First of all Heritage itself is an imposture where the customers get fooled with bloody offer called Membership Card. They reward our money to ourselves. And this Jagtial store is really a crazy store. At all heritage stores we can scan and pay through ZETA. But here, the staff doesn't know what's Zeta. They forces us and tries their level best to make us get the Membership Card. And at this store all the racks will be always empty and outdated stock will be there. Staff at billing counter are bit good in sales and provides good CX.

I have only visited once and experienced ever worst shopping time.

My advice is to better buy at road side kirana shops.
