You get all products at Retail price. Many times I won't find required products in other marts. Here I find it properly arranged and easy to find. Before going to the counter we should calculate ourselves including all offers as well

Variety of items. Helpful for daily needs

Ratna deep is best for their quality in self packed grocery like suji, different atta, pulses and all. The other brand products will not have offers at all.

I pick onky ratna deep self packed items and go to reliance and dmart for great offers.

Less crowd when compare to dmart... Reasonable price.... Near to main road ..... Classic place

Grocery shopping at one place can be done without any hassle.

Also, close to popular fast food, chat stalls & markets. (Opens only in evening)

Markets - Good place to spend time with your loved ones in weekends.

The supermarket is good with lot of variety of things you can’t find in Reliance Fresh or DMart. Also vegetables and fruit here are somewhat expensive but of good quality.

Some things I don’t like about the supermarket though:
1. Counters are always full or there is a lax attitude with large queue because some counters are closed during rush hours
2. There are no discounts or minimal discounts.
3. For ready to consume products such a yogurt, icecream or fruits, they don’t have spoons
4. Clear marking of where you will find particular categories of product is not there
5. Some products such as iced coffee of normal brands such as Nescafé are not there.

One of the best and most complete supermarkets in the area.
- Fruits & veggies are of great quality but timing is important.
- Clean all the time
- stays open till late night

Uneducated Store Manager

Mr.Nagender Reddy who himself said he is the general manager of the Ratnadeep Madhapur but we don't think he has a basic etiquette to deal with the customers.
first of all he misleads the customers and I was so Surprised to hear from himself giving a Negative and false information about the place where he is working i,e, #RATNADEEPMADHAPUR.
He threatened us and saying do whatever you want to do, No one can take any action against me As I am the owner of this store.
He pretended himself being the owner of the Ratnadeep.

I request to the higher authorities to please look into this and please arrange some basic training for him (Mr Nagender Reddy) on Behavioural etiquettes and standard grooming .
