These super markets are maintained by Aditya Birla group. Store's are neatly maintained and good catalogue maintaining and offering quality products to the people all the time.

Poor maintenance when compared to Hyderabad outlets. No proper coordination between staff members. They don't care customer support. They are always busy in their works. If we ask something they will say "Out of stock" even without confirmation. Fruits, Vegetables, poultry,milk products are always out of stock or expired. Poor billing experience .they don't promote or display any wallet related cashback offers. We need to ask each and every time.Even there is no crowd the cashier is always in hurry . They don't listen us. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Meterials should be arranged to identify easily and billing is very late, make it faster.

Not good as compared with reliance smart nearby although variety of Stuffs available. Discount isn't available here.

Everything is gud.
Need to improve it pricing the vegetables,fruits,dry fruits ..they are always a bit high in price

No customer service provided, prices are too high compared to Reliance SMART , no offers.

It's like purchase or die , no one even cares for your feedback.

Cashier is especially so rude in his attitude and Cash counters belong to ancient times.

Hopefully, Higher management should involve in enhancing to sustain the competition.
