Most of the products are not available at here. Telling no stock. Not in proper package. Groundnut packs are low quality.
Cost is very near to MRP.

The price's are too high compared to other competitors in the market.
Felt its not suitable for middle class family
The staff needs more training in customer service as they dont help the customer nor tell us any details when asked about the price.
They keep chit chatting among themselves.
I felt customer service was not up to the mark.
Now coming to the quality its worst but prices are high. Seems to be old stock.

Worst place. Standard of products was very good when they opened the supermarket, but as days progressed, their product quality deteriorated! Full business motive and no regard for customer satisfaction.

May be good but too rush, parking is issue, entrance is always rush because of etables shop so crowd

Good place for purchase grocery, many things available but billing is taking more time, because of crowd.

Thiruvallur shop not maintained properly. So bug's and cockroach playing around in all food items. Some biscuit and chips packets expired products sale this shop. 4times I'm informed staff but staff again again doing this. Thiruninravur, Mogappair Alice also maintained properly but thiruvallur worst service.

They sell some old products too. We have to check every product's expiry & manufacturing date. Workers are not helpful and kind. Some of the workers doesn't wear their uniform and oneday I got confused and misunderstood another customer as a worker and asked about a product. It was a awkward moment for me. Even though they reduce 1 or 2 rupees for a product, the product seems so old and dusty.
