The arrangement in the store is keep on changing very often they change the places of the products. Not as tidy as it was earlier. Very less product range. Most of the times the person assigned for billing not available at the desk.

Less offers and sometimes they just fake offers by sticking two products together with the same price and writing the combined rate of those products.

Shopping experience has been downside as compared to previous experience. Boys keep watching instead opening counter. Crowd management not proper. Feel connected. All the more tension of car parking.

Reliance fresh now converted in Smart point,it is a groceries store,food and vegetables also available here,mostly time offers are running,good service and helpful staff.
