1. Customer service on the till or payout section was way to rude
2. Young owner of the store doesn't t have customer handling skill.
3. They are not aware how banking transactions is performed via card payment.
4. Few out of dated stock

Although product availability is good.
Owners are extremely rude and arrogant. No customer sensitivity!
They themselves act like SAHUKAAR and treat any dissenting customer as PEASANT.
They wouldn't bear competition if the place would have any. About time online platform will kick their a**

It is the best grocery store in Gwalior They sell their products which are best and won’t get in any other store.Once you use RTM products you are always RTM fan.

Bad behavior of staff, high rates, and long line for billing.

Products not available and the according to owner he don't have sufficient staff to fulfill customer needs, very poor logic. As a customer I am very disappointed when i was visit there.
