Not a good experience. Every single item is charged at MRP. And time delivery of items at home is very slow, owner of sona super store has been committed that your deliver item has been dispatched and it will delivers to you by 1 hour, they give me after 2 days. SONA SUPER STORE needs to improve customer satisfaction nd behaviour of owner that how to speak with customers... (Shame on those stores)

Worst and pathetic service nd experience, The main thing that customer want good service, quality and mainly behaviour of owner and in Sona SS the owners is very rude nd idle they doesn’t know how to speak with customers. Many time i have been visited to there store they ignore that they don’t want any customers, If we want to purchase minor good we will have to wait for minimum half and hour. I will suggest to all that never visit to such kind of stores.

I’ll never recommend Sona super store to everyone, the main thing that everyone says is staff and owner behaviour and time, if anybody wants to come to buy grocery items they will have to wait until 1hour for a maximum time of 5 minutes, they reacts with customers that they are coming to visit goods as free of cost, pathetic service nd worst shop in karnal☹️
