Just a another groceries chain. Nothing special. Right now enjoying monopoly on Science City Road. Boon in cashless days.

I purchased 2 trays of eggs, and was charged for 4. Noticed it when I am home, and called up to them, and they do not admit their mistake. Rs90 is not a big money to me, but it shows how low is your cashier is.

Everything is available in this store related to daily need and they also give discounts. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. They don’t put any expiry dated items for purchase. So, don’t worry about that. This place has enough place for parking. They also use another mode of transaction like paytm. Once you register your mobile number in reliance Fresh, they frequently send messages regarding offers so ,you don’t miss any offers.

While billing, i started gathering itemswithout checking whether items are billed ornot. After making payment, at exit security guard noticed 5 items without billed. This was act of hurridness and in accuracy by me. But all staff and manager handled the issue very gracefully. Thanks and once again I apologize for the incident.

I am not happy with the quality of fruits n vegetables. Most of the time, the vegetables n fruits (lauki, sweet potatoes, beet root, watermelon, etc) are injected.
The corriander, many times, has purple stems(which are poisonous)
I just buy them in emergency. I prefer buying them from my regular fruit/vegetable vendor.
Other provisions/groceries are ok

I visited 3 to 4 times in the morning but I do not get the fresh and quality vegetable. Accountable vegetables are available only. From the routine requirements few things are not available.Not satisfied.

I am a regular customer from 6months but Without notice they changed timings from 8AM to 8PM. Today at 07:57PM when i entering store they restricted me to enter, how can i know that store timings have been changed. This type of attitude is not expected from a gaint store like reliance fresh. Shame on reliance cant you even display your store timings at store entrance.

I give 0 star but no option, all price high than other store , I victim to fraud in Paytm by reliance fresh science City even no one listen my problem , they put QR code for Paytm upi ,. I send by upi my rs deducted from my account , but they denied and told me that you van be pay by different qr code scaner even I already paid but they not agreed for the same I have lossed more money without receiving for this . Pathetic service
