Considering the expanding scale of its business operations after taking over Future Group, the area of the store is small with very low space to move around with a cartwheel or even a basket. It's time they should open more such stores like Future Group did with Easy Day. Big Bazaar was supposed to be only a hypermarket situated in Central location.

Good for your regular household materials, staff are not very good 🙄

There staff are very rude they should change staff becoz thay r not helping of customer

Some deals are really good, but some items are expensive than outside shops. Staff behavior is like some government office. Variety is huge. No parking space, if you get you are lucky. One truck stands in front of store always, that even make us enter difficult.

Reliance is Reliable, Staffs are very laborious, courticious n helpful. Reasonable price. Articles of requirements can be had at one place with various brand n quality .
During Pandemic of Covid-19 It served the public very sincerely.,keeping themselves at danger like, Corona warriors .
Now Reliance fresh is coming in NEW LOOK I.e. RELIANCE SMART with various facilities like Medicine, ready made clothes etc. Innovation is in progress
