We visited on the eve of KA Autonomous Council Foundation Day and the chariali was lit! It was my first visit to Dongkamukam and I found it very neat and clean. The zebra crossings and footpaths are well painted. And the lights in the middle of the chariali made the town seem very welcoming! They were playing the cricket world cup on a screen in the nearby children's park. It was a pleasant experience in Dongkamukam and I wish to visit again! 🙂
