Very nice store that everything was there here.....very nice place for purchasing household items and groceries and clothes....and prices are also very reasonable

There is a lot food items and dialy using products for kitchen some are in the Resiniable cost but some are in high cost than that, food items cost is some what less, and there are dress, shoes and some products are in the reliance smart, but so many people will come to smart dialy, in the evening time college students will also come etc.
But at the billing staf was not sufficient and not responding but not bad with those people at the billig the time will take. And fruits and vegetables are also available at smart best in vuyyuru

I bought a water bottle two days back. Basik steel water bottle and water is observed to be leaking. Today surprisingly when I went expecting a responsible reply, they told they are helpless. So I offered them the same bottle and left back home. I have been a regular customer and this incident alone brings so much clarity on Reliance assurance to customer and I am never going to visit it again. Thanks to

Giving 2stars as LIFT is not working and was unable to carry the trolley up. No baskets are being provided in the first floor. So if you want to shop for (clothes/soaps/detergents/washing liquid/perfumes/mosquito repellent/ bags/ shoes etc) which are located in first floor you have to either carry each with your hands or bring an extra person alongwith to carry them.
2. The prices of fruits and veggies are high compared to the open market. Thats the reason no one picks regular fruits and veggies from reliance mart and they rot so they are wasted.
3. Only groceries/drinks/fruits/veggies/biscuits/chocolates/chips/noodles/icecreams/frozen items are available in the ground floor.
4. Check for damaged goods and spillage groceries placed with discount/nice offer to reduce the loss. Check once you may get what you want at a reduced price only bcoz a minor damage/leakage.
5. If your billing is above 1500/- the you are offered 1kg sugar for Rs.9/-
