The Jaipur Metro is a rapid transit system in the city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Construction on the mostly elevated part of the first line, called Phase 1A, comprising 9.63 kilometres (5.98 mi) of route from Mansarovar to Chandpole Bazaar, started in November 2010, and was completed in 2014. The Jaipur Metro began commercial service between Chandpole and Mansarovar on 3 June 2015. The Jaipur Metro Rail system is India's sixth metro rail system after those in Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Gurugram and Mumbai. The Jaipur Metro is the first metro in India to run on triple-storey elevated road and metro track. Phase 1-B, from Chandpole to Badi Chaupar, began operation on 23 September 2020.

Hello friends , if you are new or planning to come in jaipur and want to use public transport then this review and the photo i uploaded will be very useful for you.
So first of all some auto rickshaws wala arnd the jaipur railway station do frauds here and ask you very high or extra money. So avoid them all and dont entertain them if anyone try to fraud you and try plan to go from jaipur metro , it is very nearby to jaipur junction railway station.
Now in jaipur , there is only one line of metro which runs/starts from mansarovar to badi chopad metro and between these stations it covers 9 metro stations and you can see in my uploaded photo.
Metro services are not very quick like in every 2 minutes but it will not get delayed by more than 8-10 minutes for every another metro after one departs.
Metro station is not very crowdy and you will alwys have seat to sit.
Metro trains are fully AC. Some metro stations are little dirty because cleaning not done regularly but not bad. There is lift/elevators from bottom ground floor to top platform metro station at all metro stations cover by jaipur metro line. So use it avoid staircase if you have luggage
Fare for the metro is ₹ 6 for one station travel single journey and ₹ 12 for 3 or 4 stations travel single journey. Overall cost friendly.
Overall good if you want to use public transport.

It is a beautiful giant city of Rajasthan. Cleanliness is taken care of a lot at this station. Here cleanliness is also taken care of in the train. It is a very beautiful city. And there are many places to see. There is also a historical place to see. It is a very beautiful city. heart of rajasthan❤️❤️❤️.

Just exiting the railway station And just outside Sindhi camp bus stand When I traveled for the first time, I could not understand inside which side, which stop is there, so I got confused many times 2 to 3 times. 😅😅 But there were some people with helping nature who did not make fun of my help, otherwise many people just see the opportunity.

Nice place crowd is no more. Safety is good. Easy to travel and good and less fare. We always try to visit and travel by metro there are many stations. This metro run in underground also. Time of travel is low. We can go from badi chapar to mansarovar and mansarovar to badi chapar. Order of stations Badi chapar Choti chapar Chandpol Sindhicamp Jaipur Junction Civil lines Vivek vihar Ramnagar Shyam nagar New atish Market Mansarovar There may be some stations left. But you can see all online. 😊 🫂 🙏 😊
