The surrounding area around this metro station is not that safe for travellers during odd hours, especially for girls. But inside the metro station there is full safely. It is among the oldest metro stations of Delhi metro.

Densely populated area. There's a big cloth market beside. Lack of human resource management i saw beggars on the roads , there was a big open sewage which stinks for the new person but the residents are adapted to it. The place is home to all migrants from different parts of India. Roads aren't enough wide.

Place is very clean but outside of metro station there is only one or two street food seller otherwise there is no food shop so take care of that

The whole metro station is very good and tidy. The metro station is open and gets good breeze during night time. All the staff are also good and hospitable. Really nice metro station. All the boards are perfect and all the lights are working.

Crowded combination of both locality , shopping places , weekly market on Thursday Temple , marriage halls,community center ,post office ,police station ,Esic dispensary ,Delhi govt dispensary etc
