I think negative comments are rare and they are competitors who gave the negative reviews... Thanks for the owner for maintaining reading room.. It is very helpful for every student.

Best infrastructure is available for Students those preparing for exams, but very poor maintenance by management of leo reading room. No cleanliness of floor the dust inside the room is equivalent to dust out side.we can't walk inside with out foot wear. Worst water is provided, weak facility of WI-FI, and no proper maintenance of A/C Timings

The only positive thing is timings without any restrictions, but there are many negatives out of which I can sum up some of them over here.
1.worst washroom maintenance,
2. No proper response for any problems mentioned to them.
3. No proper treatment of people,rude behaviour not even as a normal person (no special requirement of treating as professionals)

Irresponsible staff, bad drinking water, poor AC maintenance, takes very long time to clean the room, unnecessary discussions in front of reading room by the owner, charges higher amount as compared to other reading room. Better to ignore this reading room.

Changed alot from previous 6 months
-No lights or Fans after 10PM
-No Fans in day time.
-Price increased tremendously as compared to others.
-Air conditioner turned off frequently by remote access
