Inexperienced staff. Have zero knowledge about solutions. Totally disappointed. Didn't get any solution when I had to visit there. This outlet in Balurghat is just a waste of land.

My Airtel sim was lost, then i got a clone sim easily, what i just need was a photo identity card i.e voter ID, Pan, driving License , Adhar card (any one of them) with a charge of 25rs only
