this is genuine place to get all your digital products ! I bought a laptop more than 8 years ago still its working in the best condition ! they have trained staff to guide us !

Gave HP printer for servicing they took 3200 rs. Stopped working in few days gave them again, took charge of 550 rs but simply did nothing and gave back so again I send my printer to them they took 10 days and again did nothing.

They took money and completely made my printer useless, they don't return money nor they have solved problem.

Completely unprofessional and are dishonest.

I would suggest dezzelle technologies they took printer from home repaired it perfectly and delivered at home.

Sir when I gave to your shop to insert the ssd (drive) in my laptop then all the keys of my laptop were on. When I delivered the laptop two key not worked

Actually There is no option for minus rating other wise i'll give minus rating ,bcz I purchased, nearly 60K laptop from netlink and after 3 months sometimes laptop not Turn On and when I put charging plugged it was Turn On,and also customer support is not good thay just waste your days. i am personally telling do not purchase products from netlink.

The staff is good and so the service, but the problem lies with the management, it's tooo slow in receiving and sometimes repairing time, the one who repairs are the one who attend people, NETLINK should do something about this, have a proper waiting area and get people do their own work only or manage in the way that things flow smoothly... No matter how friendly the staff is but no one likes waiting...

It's a best seller of dekstop and good price but too slow delivery of any product
