NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILTY OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM THERE SHOP.
I bought a peace of stationery a few days back. When I opened it at home it was completely broken. I went to the shop the very next day and told the shopkeeper about this.
he said "Its not our responsibilty, If you have any mistake in any key then come to me else I am not responsible" and told me buy new one.
People Buy things because of reputation but these reputed shopkeepers make fool out of them.
