Nala Police Station

I, Anand Sharma, a resident of West Bengal Asansol had scheduled a vaccination appointment at Kuldangal HSC. At the border check point the inspector of Nala PS said that I need to have an e-pass to enter the state. I requested to allow me to enter the state, as I had scheduled a vaccination appointment for my mother. I am sure vaccination is an important thing and it's necessity. Further the inspector didn't allow me to enter and said that vaccination is for local of Jharkhand and not for the people coming from Bengal. If this is the case then it should be mentioned in the Co-Win app but there was no such rule. We live in the same country and we can be vaccinated from any part of the country. Then I told the inspector that I am creating an e-pass online after that please allow me to go. He then said that since I have come to get vaccine I won't be allowed to enter even if I create an e-pass. The inspector was not at all co-operative and one of his colleague was very rude with me. Police are there to help the civilians but it felt like they are doing me a favour. I left the place and then again scheduled an appointment in PHC Mihijam, which is in Jharkhand. I took my mother over there and she got vaccinated without any harresment.
