MDA do not notify allottes of plots/flats of any development in the area or personal/specific information relating to allotment and further processing . Officers do not attend telephones of allottees ,if attended no action is taken-absolutely non cooperative . Website of Meerut Development Authority do not allow us to create an ID for obtaining information/making requests-always problematic . People living at distance places from Meerut, particularly old persons are rendered help less . Personal visits to Meerut involves thousands rupees . Even during visits officers are either not available or visitors are not allowed to see them

Location & facilities are good. Lethargic work culture.

Located in centre area of meerut.
But as usual govt offices where u have to do hard efforts to make your work done because of govt employers.

I have received a call from Meerut Development Authority on 19.06.2020 and officer told me that we have not alloted house under PMAY and I will got refund.

But today, when i called on the same number to ask for refund status, the same officer told me that he never called me earlier & if I want refund then have to visit Room No.20.

Now, I want to ask that what is the logic of visiting there when I have filled form on August 2019 and still not get refund.

Sir my home at Lohiya nagar C pocit 278 .sir C pocit All Road is New Making But your Thekedar is not Making opposite My Home Raod. my Road is very Bad condition. Pls sir you action on this. Mettar.

Very poor authority...they nothing knows about the problems of meerut 👎..

Basic facilities in MDA colony Lohiya Nagar are quite worst, like blocked sewage line, culminated water supply, no maintenance of parks and plants. No cleaning arrangement of roads and street. If someone give complaint they do not take proper action and throw the application into the dustbin.
