The office has been recently shifted to a new building. The infrastructure of the building is great, though still under construction. Since it is a new setup therefore work wise there are some ambiguities. Hope they are removed soon and the buyers starts getting good relief.

Builder's place where builder can do whatever they want, can't expect any justice.
All judgements in favour of builders. RERA don't want to follow own guidelines
If RERA gives any order then no value of their order and its execution for builders.
Waste of money waste of time
If your case is with any advocate then again you waste your money and time because they already know what will happen with your case.
If anyone responsible reading my message then please do some correction in RERA by which buyer can get relief

My matter was pending from a long time and i approached UP RERA for resolution. On the grounds of my plead, Conciliation Forum ensured a mutual settlement between me and my promoter. Finally I have got refund from builder. I am happy to get back my investment, Victory One Amara, and I would like to thank efforts of UP RERA officials and people associated during the process.

Responsible department for taking action against fraud real estate developlors

As its Good to have a Regulatory Authority for Builders. But the Process of UP RERA is very lengthy and Time Consuming specially It takes Overall Benefit to the Builders because to Pass a single Order UP RERA takes around 45 days and after order is passed 15 days are additionally alloted to the Builder which shows that the Time Relaxation for Builder is more.

Very Slow process UP RERA takes 2 month just to Transfer File for Coasting of Amount from CA. Very Slow Process as their is no any Time bound and delayed process. Total waste of Time for filling case because UP RERA unable to recover the Interest of Delayed time span and the builder is moving fearlessly by Betray to Customer/Complainent.

Over All If Possible I appeal to UP RERA to please introduce a Fast Tracking Decision court Concept because it benefits the Most to the Complainant.

Thank you RERA , Thank you Rajeev sir for neutral decision . My complaint no NCR/144/03/72737/2021 was registered on date 25.03.2021 and RERA has resolved the complaint with in 6 month and issue order 30 September 2021 .

Nice establishment, systems are people freindly cooperative staff. It may prove to be a guide for futuristic legal system in India. Judges should be avoided from old judiciary. Young law graduates with some experience be considered for fresh air.

Useless Department. Builder consider rera just a joke. Builder doesn't take rera order seriously.
In my case I have received RC before two years. I have not got single penny.
