Police staff is cooperative and provide full corporation. To logged a complaint, one has to personally visit the cyber cell department with complete proof.

Mobile number mentioned on the board image is working. And one can reach in office hours.

I was waiting for my friend there, i had to wait for 20 minutes but it was a lovely “Lakhnawi Shaam(Evening of Lucknow).
i found it worth sharing

If you tell them about the Cyber crime they ask why have you done that work.
This is how these guys work.
Instead of helping and solving the case they ask why have done this.
You should be aware of all these things.

Every time I call them it tells that the number you are calling i switched off what is this the opening time is given 9am to 5 pm and i am calling them at 9:25 and still it is telling switched off 😓

.The given number comes switch off always. Nowadays, fake things as well as fake police are also banned and this number is also fake

Not at all helpful , they are talking very rudely, and later cut the call..

Worst service, just pickup the phone and asking me where are form and after that they disconnected my call. I have tried many times but never pickup my phone. If government is not helping us i really don't understand who is helping us. If we do something then they come and said that we have did the crime. Now can anybody answer what i need to do. Flipkart done fraud with me.

Doesn’t work 24 hours. The cyber cell number is switched off.
