Ernakulam District Police Credit Co-Operative Society Limited

The Ernakulam District Police Credit Cooperative Society Ltd No E877 was started in the year 1991 and there has been very steady progress and development in the infrastructure as well as services to its members.The discussions held by me with the President Shri EK Anilkumar and Secretary Smt EK Renuka Choudhary discloses that sixteen permanent employees are working in the society.There is a gas agency under the society and a branch of this society is functioning at Aluva.The most important and philanthropic services of this society are (1)Free accident insurance of INR ten lakhs and(2)Free treatment expenses upto INR two lakhs to the society members and family.Till today I held membership and it was closed as I have retired from the service.

Ernakulam District Police Credit Co-operative Society (EDPCCS) Ltd.no. E877 was established on 1991 for the welfare of police officials in ernakulam district.

EDPCCS is one among the "CLASS ONE SUPER GRADE" co-operative society in kerala.
Apart from the head office at kaloor , it also has a branch at aluva.
The society made several milestones during the past 27 years of operations. It has been selected as the Best employees cooperative society in ernakulam district for the last 2 consecutive years (2016-17 & 2017-18) by Ernakulam District Co-operative Bank

The society offers to its members and family members free medical treatment up to RS 2,00,000/- & free accident insurance coverage of RS 10,00,000/- for all its members
