V.O.C Stadium

Free parking for two/four wheelers, a lot road side shops to buy tasty snacks, 500m long square path to walk, a very big ground for sports-lovers, a mid-sized park that will allow 50 kids to play at a time, hundreds of people come here daily to sit and relax as well. A very good place to spend some time especially on evenings.

New look to our stadium, courtesy smart City development work undertaken. Kudos to all the construction workers, district administration . Now it's the duty of people of Tirunelveli to co-operate with district administration to maintain the neatness of the stadium.

It was pleasant to visit this stadium once upon a time while it had a large open stadium with a seating system arranged around it. But now the stadium is only open on special occasions. The small park where kids are used to play, is only available always, but it is not adequate when many people attend here. But otherwise the stadium is good to accommodate many people during the special occasions and sport events.

This Stadium is now renovated and looks outstanding as an Football stadium. The Chairs which are fitted in gallery are comfortable. It is best place to walk or Jog in early morning or late evening time.

The food Street is here. Very nice place for night vibes. So enjoy 😉
