Large ground with seating arrangement in one side, and cemented running track surrounding the ground. Grass is uneven in many areas and leveling is not proper. A cricket pitch is there and overall good place to play. Remains active till around 8:30 pm with few evening walkers.

The stadium has running track, Foot ball ground, and 2 different pitched cricket area along with many indoor game facilities. It is maintained by NTPC as a professional stadium comparable to world class. Also it is a Venue for public functions of NTPC like republic day, independence day and the similar ones

Stadium is good for running and performing athletic competion and even playing cricket. Also It is ggod to celebrate cultural programmes .
