Need to do work on the ground. Less grass, pitch is good, stadium capacity is much more. If Certain things left then overall it is quite good.

Indira Gandhi stadium is located at heart of solapur city, it's good sized one side of this had park chaupati and backside a volleyball ground and siddheshwar temple with awesome view.this place has also a gym Owned by Municipal corporation with affordable fees. This stadium is used for cricket and sometimes for drama plays.at morning and evening time there is rush for running, jogging,and walking......

Very big play ground. Maintained by the team of solapur municipal corporation people. No proper maintenance. Centraly located area of solapur city. Shri Siddheshwar temple is near from this place. Used more for other activities than matches of any play. Proper parking space is also available here. There are 3 enterence gate for entry in ground

Also known as Park stadium in locals as Situated near Park square. Usually crowded at evening by sports academy player's and state lavel students. Also Gym available at cheaper membership rate. Stadium can be reserved for functions like political meetings and IPL fan park etc.

Now we taking to develop the Indira Gandhi stadium in smart city mission. 40% work has been completed till dated. After the 4 month's we will see the Change look of the ground with green grass and smooth pitches. There are 11 main pitches and 8 practice pitches. I am glad to say one of the biggest ground in Solapur having 72m radius boundary. And it's my pleasure to executed by our team under guide of Mr. Lalchand Rajput and Mr. Pandurang Salgaokar.
