Awadhesh Pratap Singh University is an autonomous institution in Rewa city, often called ‘the land of white tigers', in the state of Madhya Pradesh in India. The university was named after Captain Awadhesh Pratap Singh, an eminent freedom fighter.

The ground is mainly used for organizing matches of football, cricket and other sports.[1] [2] The stadium has hosted a Ranji Trophy match [3] in 1970 when Madhya Pradesh cricket team played against Uttar Pradesh cricket team as match ended in drawn[4] but since then the stadium is regular of hosted non-first-class matches.[5]
