The ground is so tough that you've to be alerted from being injured. There are many houses found around the stadium which makes it's not a better choice for cricket. The size matches with football but not for cricket in all means. You will get a great pitch even it's raining slightly.

It is a mini football stadium. the stadium is capable of conducting local seven a side football tournaments and six a side cricket tournaments. The stadium has no gallery, Pavilion and dressing room, but there is space to construct temporary galleries and Pavilion. This stadium is the host of an annually conducting local sevens football event named as sahal and nooruddeen memorial akhila kerala sevens football with temporarily constructed galleries and flood lights. it is also one of the host of local keralotsavam athletics and games meet.
