Such a beautiful place and good for morning runners. But the stadium is not opened for public. Even though the track was built quite nicely, there is no such finishing you can find. Poor architecture and construction quality. Gates will be always closed and there is no security. No garden or proper walkway arrangements. No dustbin or any kind of waste management. Such a beautiful place build to waste money.
