I took these shoes on yoga day June 2022, but didn't use them much, wore them only 2 or 3 times, and got torn on one side. If such expensive shoes will get torn like this then what is the point of going for a good brand.I have so many pairs of shoes so I wore them 2,3 times only .

This pair of sports shoes got torn twice in four months.
The company denied a replacement as the warranty was for 3 months.
Is this the product quality and life we must expect from a product of a reputed brand?
Is this the response we must expect from the company?

Salesman was nice. Baught pairs of sox they ripped in just 2 days of normal use .. suspecting counterfeit product because been using other Asics sox bought from US and they are super good. Also bought gel nibus 23 hopefully shoe quality is good, will provide update.

They sold a pair of shoes to my wife saying she has flat foot (which she does not) . Now the shoe does not fit properly. They have done this to 2 other friends of mine. I feel they say this to every other customer. Beware.

It's a fabulous store having in C21 mall. great collection and Excellent service from store athletes.
