The staff is kind of rude. They don't have the appropriate knowledge of shoes and sales. Also, the store was not at all maintained. The AC was not working, the lighting was not appropriate and also the collection of shoes was very limited.

Very well behaved staff, collection is awesome.

Customer service was not good. Salesman and the manager behaves as if they are the owner of PUMA.

UPDATE : after I post my review the team contacted me and said sorry about that .
Hope they will improve their service after this incident.
Ps: previously I gave 2 stars now I give them 3 stars as they seemed to care what customers feel.
