We had a Very bad hair treatment for my cousin last week from beautician Sheeba,we had to go to another salon near by to make it normal again as well very rude behavior from staff.

I will never go back to this salon for any services. As a first time customer to this salon, I had a lot of anxieties about their services. So before starting, I clearly mentioned them that i need a pedicure, manicure, hair spa and eyebrows threading. They mentioned the prices as well as Pedi 1000 Mani 800 Hair spa for medium length 1200 and eyebrows threading 100 (I was not all okay with rate for threading). This salon is very spacious. I must say that. Different room for different services. So i started it with Pedicure and a girl who did that did their best. But normally when i have done before in other salons, they do Pedi and Mani together to save time. Here only for pedicure more than one hour of time taken or they could have done hair spa atleast in between. I dont know. After completing my pedicure they took me to another room for hair spa. Then another staff came - a middle aged woman. So she entered with a smile and started complaining about other girl who did pedi for me saying she took so long for doing pedi and all. Also there is only less staff and other bookings so and soon. And i was thinking if that was the case why did they admit me. I dont know and this woman started washing my hair and started saying my hair is thin and also hair losing too etc. As i know the fact i said yes its right. As the treatment begun my God she started to pull my hair for applying the cream that causing me a lot of pain. She literally pulled out my hair and started to make me very uncomfortable. Shoving and shaking my head the worst spa i had ever done in my life. I have been doing hair spas since 10 years and i love hair spa and the massages that relaxes our mind and body. Here i felt a rollercoaster ride. In between her irritating talks as well. Anyways this treatment also went more than an hour. Now my Manicure and threading is pending. Just after finishing my spa she said there is no staff for manicure and she is very busy with other customers. So manicure cannot be done and I said okay if no staff then what can i do. And also i dont want her to do my Manicure. So i asked what about my threading and she said that can be done. And i realised my mistake for entering the parlour. The eyebrows threading she had done was incomplete. I had to speak and asked her to do my threading atleast properly. They cost 100 for threading and that was incomplete - No cleaning of face or no cleanser or eyebrow massaging nothing and they charged 100 just because she touched my face. 3 hours and what a worst day. I wanted to complain in the front desk but the manager was not to be seen. So i had to pay to the staff who did my pedicure without saying a word and with a heavy heart i left the place. Just because i wanted to save time i went to this place. Little i had knew about this i must have gone to my usual place. SO ANYONE FINDS THIS SALON AS SUGGESTION IN INTERNET RETHINK ABOUT IT!
