Anandam Restaurant previously known as Gupta Sweet Shop, one of the oldest sweet shop of Dehradun. They are serving since 1901. A small sweet shop converted to a local brand with the same quality of taste and serving style since decades. Restaurant’s food quality is also good with quick servings but limited menu disappoints sometimes.

It's a great food joint...for quick bite as well as elaborate meals. Indian snacks are too yum.Navratri menu was in great demand...it's outstanding 👏

Its the delight of vegetarians. The rich variety on the menu is coupled with exceptional preparations and each dish is done justice to. If you are just there for food and sweets, you can never go wrong with Deluxe Thali. The Chinese platter is A.W.E.S.O.M.E and the must try is chili baby corn 🌽.

A paradise for foodies. Hundreds of varieties to choose from and pocket friendly pricing adds up to the experience.

Hotel has good reputation in veg restaurants. I organized my daughter's 2nd birthday at 2nd floor partitioned small party hall.
Pros-
Party hall is newly constructed well furnished and ambiance of hall is overall very good.
Pure vegetarian food.
Attitude of Staff was helpful and polite.
Cons-
Staff is well dressed but not experienced. Their way of working was not like trained professionals.
Taste of food was not as good as expected according to their name.
Overall Services of restaurant needs improvement as well as food taste also.

One of the best eatery in Dehradun, I will recommend. Overall the food is good quality and definitely worth money. Specially sweets and snacks. I am glad to be introduced to this place in my this visit to India 🇮🇳.
