Had the worst Biriyani experience again..😢
Wait time was a big turn off to start with...😑
The person need to taught how to handle customer's first.
Proper instructions or queue should be maintained.

Well coming to the Biriyani part, it appeared to be full of spices, aroma and taste but nope it was a big turn down. More like the oil fry rice that we used to make after fish fry.. Jus five chunks of Mutton pieces hardly tasted like it😒

Liver fry was like it was Boiled separately and then sautéed.. No taste or flavor.. 🙄

Only karandi omelet was worth the try. 👍🏽

Venu Briyani is one of the oldest and very famous hotels in Dindigul. Basically the entire Dindigul itself is famous for Briyani and Dhalcha. During my college days we regularly visited this hotel to taste their tasty Mutton biryani. Ambience is very good, and we have enough space for parking our four wheelers and also two wheelers. Jigarthanda and sweet beeda stalls can be found in the nearby lobby area. Till date, they are providing Biryani in two different portions - quarter plate & half plate. The Briyani is very good in taste, texture, aroma and the portion, the very enjoyable part is juicy mutton pieces. It's very near to Begambur main road (Dindigul - Madurai, Dindigul - Theni). Briyani is made using Jeera Samba rice.

Parking - Good
Taste of food - Good
Serving - Good
Ambience - Good

Huge crowd. Taste is Average, but overrated hotel. Price also too costly compare to the quantity provided. Even a small piece of Vanjiram fish fry, the cost of each is 190 rupees. Ambience not at all peaceful. No enough parking facilities. Unwanted Hope.. 😳

Too much overhyped!
Mutton Biriyani is awesome 👍🏻 but only if you eat it hot.
Quantity is very very less for the price 👎🏼
One time try for sure!

We tried this famous Dindigul Venu's Briyani. They have a very limited menu , only mutton biriyani is available with them with 7-8 starters/sidedishes. One quarter mutton biriyani is for 140/- rs. Amazing taste but we felt the quantity was very less for the price. One leg piece is for 105/- yummy. We also tried nattukozhi chukka, very different from usual and really nice !

Very worst service, We were waiting about an hour to get a table.
After a huge struggle getting a table most of the items were over.
The price is too expensive and the quantity is very less.
The taste is not upto the price and hype, moreover was not tasting like a biriyani.
I don't know why the service was too bad, but it was little busy.
I prefer going to some other than this

All that hype around this biriyani, for a kannadiga trying this in Banglore and in Dindigallu was a delicious experience.

It was like tasting Bisibele bath Mixed with puliogare and then you find Mutton prices that reminds your brain to accept it as kind of overpriced biriyani you were carving to eat.

Tasted Liver fry and the taste was good too.

They serve Dose and idly all around the day too for your vegitarian friends

Once done you can have Paan and jigartanda to cool you off.

If you didt liked it in Bangalore don't waste your time in dindigallu.
