Initial thoughts about the place weren't too good. Whole place was empty at the peak hour, only 1 waiter to take the order n serve. But South Indian food was good. Sambar was very tasty. Masala of the dosa was also delicious just that the dosa was little too roasted making it black at places. Overall, a must visit for delicious South Indian food provided u don't mind poor ambience.

Not t happy with their Chinese cuisines' preparation. I think the worst haka noodles I've ever tried was from here. We received half cooked noodles via Zomato. Please make sure that your quality is equally good for both services- take away as well as dinning there.

Worst experience with this food outlet as i have been recommended by friends that they serve quality items but mine first experience was very bad. Just ordered special indian thali from this outlet via zomato and after opening the packing i found dead fly in Mix Veg and later i called manager on this and he said he can do nothing about it except can provide a new thali that you can receive from here. There was no such apology from him and guys beware of these kind of outlets that are playing with your health. This was my first and last experience with the venkatswamy. Note : I can share the pic if required of the faulty food product received.

Not recommended for home delivery.. Ordered 2 Dosa through Zomato on 31/08/2019. Dosa were delivered in brown envelope instead of boxes really pathetic.. Dosa looks like raw material before preparation.. It looks like ordered from Stall instead of restaurant.
I called up in restaurant as per them boxes are not available there.. Very bad experience....
