Good enough for quick stop by and light food. The rest rooms are well maintained and should be appreciated. Staffs are ok ok sort of! One main advantage is that it is adjacent to main road and plenty of parking space...

Food quality is good.

Food taste is decent and for the price it's worth. One unlimited veg meal is 80 rupees. Liked the poriyal and for the tourist spot given price is good. Rest rooms are available on the ground floor. Open environment and nice air flow.

The ambiance is good but the staf behaviour is not that good. Food is also okeish. I orded masala dosa. But it was not that crispy. Idly was good. And filter coffe i had for the first time so can't tell coz iam a tea person. While writing this review i am thinking the manager who refused to give f.o.c to me will he read and next time a tour leader with his group visit there will he give him f.o.c or not.

Visited around 7.30am on a weekend (you know weekends are busy with traffic on Bangalore-Mysore highway) but found the sweeper still sweeping. The placard said open but nothing was available. Had to wait for more than 15 minutes for a plate of idlis. Taste was also not up to the mark.

Serving was very poor. Had to wait for 30 mins to get the food. Very costly and not very good food. One vada cost Rs 25 and it was very ordinary vada. Masala dosa was 80 and was not that good.

It's not Vilaasi Grand, it's now Sravana Bhavan. We had breakfast but it was worst, no taste at all. Bad experience at first time in Sravana chain

It's just looting high way customers in the name food
...very bad...if we make payments through UPI, then server forceful ask for give me tips... There's no positivity to say.....ignore this place
