1. Software Development
2. Quality Control Engineering

For #1, employees(freshers) hired mostly from premium engineering colleges, IIT and NIT. Lateral hire is also happening for software development and managerial position. This is good company for freshers to start the career. Gives opportunity and freedom for learning.

For #2, employees hired mostly by referral (interview will be happening). Mostly involves manual work.

In India there are two branches. One in Chennai and another in Dharmapuri.
