Good , but fresh stocks need to be added,

Very crowded always day-night. It is like the chilling place of youngsters of Jalpaiguri.

Very bad experience.

Most of the staff interacted with are either arrogant or incompetent, including the managerial staff.

At the cash counter No. 5 at 1.38 pm today while customers were waiting at the queue, the lady in charge of the counter was accommodating the customers out of turn and as per her whim (can be cross verified with the CC TV footage).

And most importantly for some items the customers are being charged in excess of the price that is being displayed along with the items. That's why I have attached one milk item billing as an example. At 1.41 pm the per unit bill was charged at ₹15.20 and at 1.43 pm (i.e. even after the billing) I found the display amount as ₹15.00 per unit! The matter is self- explicit. The customers are being cheated and deceived.

Would never like to be in this store again.👎👎👎

Almost every product i bought from here were the top lineup of their quality, staffs were good and helpful.

The most busiest and crowded area. West side is also a good choice to purchase items from. Branded and well satisfied customers visit the mall and the premises regularly

It was very good experience in the PRM. SVF was good, but need to improve the sound system. Golpo restaurant is excellent. Big bazaar is there also.
