Nice ambience. Helpful sales personnel. variety of products . But, billing process needs a bit improvisation on time quotient. Otherwise, everything is well and good

Very bad 👎experience. Salesman will not give you right information about the product. After purchase they force you to higher them for mentence otherwise they don't take aney responsiblity of the product if they not work tomorrow. Please🙏 don't go and buy anything from there. It's like rode side purchasing.

Very Less stock. Not many deals for No cost EMI. Chroma at Chinar Park is much better.

Shopping experience and delivery is the worst in this place. They never deliver on time and always try to sell you useless stuff to achieve their targets.

This branch is located in the Uttarpara area, district Hooghly. I recently visited here and also bought a Lenovo Laptop for myself. They do give discounts and offers but obviously everything is part of business. Staffs are no doubt helpful and courteous but somehow I felt that customer service is not up to the mark. There is no such good feeling they create when you purchase some costly things from the showroom. TLC is missing. Moreover they have to be more proactive in their behaviour.

Have good stock of items, staffs are polite & helpful.

3) attitude and communication is so poor they showing attitude to the customer after sale never bother to give the service to the customer....
