I'm giving one star because i liked their product quality but honestly i don't even want to give them 1 star... everything could be super amazing if they would have been cooperative. I'm also a seller but deciding to do business with them was my mistake. Because of some uncontrolable factor my Product couldn't get delivered at time , i won't blame them for this but all that time they were very inactive like if you call them they will pick it whenever they want and if you message , it will never get to be seen and if you complain, everytime they will come up with a reason and apologize but never keep their promises. As customer they devalued me the whole time. I'm writing this review after knowing them for more than 2-3 months. I always understood their situation therefore never wrote what i felt as a customer but now I'm fed up. business can't be done this way. I'm bearing huge loss because of them. Team Akarshit brands , you people took me very lightly ....You lost a customer.
